Enrollment support for major national accounts meant hopping on a plane at the drop of hat, on a speaking tour across 43 states. Five seasons of open enrollment allowed me to speak personally with more than 15,000 individual members - in English and Spanish. Recruited, trained, and managed 20-30 contractors each year, with an annual budget of $400k– $700k. Continued to offer open enrollment ad hoc support during the remainder of my entire career.
