I develop and maintain strong value-creating partnerships with all key areas of the bank and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Exco, and employees. I am responsible for driving the human capital transformation journey aligned with the bank's overall transformation initiatives and enhancing employee engagement. I also manage a robust value-adding recruitment and retention program, a relevant performance management program, and HR reporting that assists management to have forward-looking information. Additionally, I have experience in initiating, designing, and implementing projects aimed at personnel training, development, and productivity, as well as supporting the improvement of the organization's employees. I have worked with various partners and stakeholders in the banking, oil and gas, and beverage industries, developing a detailed knowledge of business needs and HR strategies. Overall, I am dedicated to creating a positive, productive, and engaging work environment that empowers employees to thrive both professionally and personally.
