DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensures Pre-Sellers conduct daily booking of orders. 2. Coordinates with SDS for ensuring delivery of booked orders.3. Conducts a monthly performance review and problem solving session with his Pre-Sellers.4. Plans and evaluates the local Accounts Payable budget and coordinates with (RSM) Regional Sales Manager exclusivity campaign.5. Prepares monthly breakdown of sales forecast of his sales associates.6. Analyzes route sales performance and recommends courses of action to solve issues/problems.7. Plans, develops and execute marketing programs.8. 1. In Coordination with the District Sales Supervisor, plans, coordinates and executes programs and activities designed to increase retailers’ sales volume performance.2. Assists intermediary partners in managing their business and promoting sales by increasing retailers’ volume per outlet through development of intermediary-served outlets.3. Monitors the aging and collection of account of each intermediary.4. Regularly conducts business review with intermediary partners.5. Monitors status of returned checks/aging accounts and initiates necessary action to collect through outlet visit, demand letter and if warranted turns over to Finance/Legal Dept. for necessary legal action.6. Reviews and analyses market issues and opportunities in his area (including reconfiguration/territorial realignment).7. Ensures effective allocation/utilization of resources in his area.8. Recommends grants of marketing tools to deserving outlets/partners.
