Community Engagement Manager
Current- Define and develop Andela's communications and engagement strategy for our Talent Network of thousands of aspiring and professional technical talent.
- Nurture and engage our community members on our platform and create a vibrant community space where we encourage peer connections
- Produce compelling and informative communications and content to help our community members to grow their careers.
- Own the onboarding of our Community into Andela to ensure they understand Andela, can increase their career prospects and goals, and can contribute easily to the Community in the future.
- Work cross-functionally with our teams to ensure consistent, welcoming, and clear messaging for each stage of the community member's journey, which includes onboarding, training, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with the product team on building truly exceptional user journeys from onboarding to referring new talent into our Community to maximize the Talent Experience.
