Public-company, corporate affairs executive with more than 20 years’ experience in start-ups, blue-chip technology companies, and government.Mèlika most recently built and led the corporate affairs functions (policy, comms, CSR) as a member of the executive team in a pre-IPO company to successfully navigate the regulatory environment for rapid international growth and take the company public on Nasdaq. She is now leveraging that experience to guide other pre-IPO companies in advisory board positions across tech and sustainability sectors. Earlier in her career, Mèlika established a track record in leading the public policy strategy for several Fortune 500 technology companies. In these roles, she helped position companies, CEOs and other C-level executives with policymakers in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. In addition to her experience in the private sector, Mèlika has worked for national elected officials in Canada and the U.S.; has guest lectured at Harvard Law School, Georgetown University and The Washington Campus; and co-founded the Global Women’s Innovation Network, www.globalwin.org. Mèlika holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Ottawa in Canada and a Masters of European Affairs from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.
