HRIT Application Administrator

• Responsible for performing analysis of the Payroll Systems by researching and identifying root causes for data problems, troubleshooting issues with IT counterparts, escalating to external software teams as needed and providing user/system resolutions.• Create and execute test cases for system implementations and upgrades.• Creating and maintaining user profiles with appropriate security layers for systems and creating SOPs for ensuring on-going new-user success.• Developing and maintaining SOP documentation on key Payroll Systems processes and system procedures, recommending process and service improvements and innovative solutions. • Performing routine audits on Payroll data to ensure quality information management, overseeing periodic ad hoc reporting analysis and working with management teams to provide specific people data (creating pivot tables, v-lookups, and running macros, as needed). • Administrator on the ADP portal and responsible for resetting passwords when users are locked out, and providing feedback through the IT Helpdesk system.• Monthly labor statistic reports to the Government.• Provide needed Payroll information to the legal department for Subpoena requests.• Creating additional ad-hoc reports for internal and external customers through a SQL database.

Primarily responsible for leading the maintenance and support of the HRIS suite (Infinium, Kronos, Self-Service Portal and Leave Management Systems) to ensure constant access, reporting accuracy, data integrity, and the reliability of the people management system. Responsible for performing analysis of HRIS by researching and identifying root causes for data problems, troubleshooting issues with IT counterparts, escalating to external software teams as needed and providing user/system resolutions.Creating and maintaining user profiles with appropriate security layers for systems, providing end-user/management training at multiple sites, and creating SOPs for ensuring on-going new-user success.Serving as subject matter expert on HRIS capabilities and participating in implementation, testing, deployment, upgrades and enhancements throughout the life of the system.Developing and running queries from HR reporting tools, exporting to various formats and providing reporting analysis of people data for management review.Responsible for ensuring appropriate synchronization and data accuracy between people management, timekeeping administration and payroll systems. Leading the annual leave accrual and accrual reset, pay rate changes, merit increases and union contact changes into applicable systems.Developing and maintaining SOP documentation on key HRIS processes and system procedures, recommending process and service improvements and innovative solutions. Performing routine audits on HR data to ensure quality information management, overseeing periodic ad hoc reporting analysis and working with management teams to provide specific people data (creating pivot tables, v-lookups, and running macros, as needed).

Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of timekeeping data and administration for weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for employees at multiple locations. Creating new employee records within timekeeping administration systems and ensuring management teams provide required time clock familiarization with new hires and appropriate user-groups and securities are established within the system. Reconciling time clock anomalies, validating employee punches, absences and other leave that affects payroll, communicating with supervisors and payroll for confirmation. Coordinating multi-site time entry, manually processing time entries for terminating employees for accuracy of final pay. Adjusting systems to accurately respond to shift and scheduling changes, ensuring shift differential pay and other pay changes are reflecting. Supporting the implementation of flat-rate pay (from piece rate) to all company locations, updating timekeeping to adapt to changes and working with supervisors on troubleshooting corresponding issues. Inputting all payroll related data into HRIS including employee personal details, W-4 tax details, direct deposit, garnishments, credentials and other qualification details pertinent to the hire. Maintain and issue corrections to Paid Time Off (PTO) accruals data, issuing routine reports to management teams on leave analytics for budgeting and corporate planning. Responsible for the weekly tracking and reconciliation of hours and payroll for temporary employee and contractor agencies, partnering with agency payroll teams to facilitate payment wires. Supporting internal/external auditing teams by providing on-going data/reports needed to continue compliance with SOX.
