My experience working in this industry has lead me to excel in customer focused and leadership roles. I love helping members meet their needs as well as working with a diverse employee base, helping them achieve their personal and work related goals. I have found these tasks to be very fulfilling in my work and personal life and they have helped me understand both customer and employee needs. In my time away from work I enjoy many things, one of those things is being outdoors. I have spent many nights on the water in a boat or in a tent on a remote campsite. The time away is very relaxing and gives me and my family to unwind and have fun together. My family is also very important to me, I wouldn’t be who or where I am today without each and every one of them. My husband, my parents and my sister are my rocks. They have helped me through many life lessons and let also let me figure out some of those tough decisions on my own. Another one of my hobbies is cooking. I like to make and try new foods from all over the world, but I do draw the line at bugs. One last major interest that I have is traveling, whether it is too the north woods of Wisconsin for some quiet camping and paddling or the Mountains of Montana for a day of downhill skiing. I would love to go back to Spain someday and then take in the sites of Italy, France and England to broaden my knowledge and cultural experiences.
