Nurses for Newborns exists to provide a safety net for vulnerable families through home visiting by experienced, registered nurses who provide healthcare and resources and teach positive parenting skills. Our goal is to prevent infant mortality and child abuse & neglect.We need the assistance of the entire community to promote healthy and safe practices in families who may be overwhelmed by the demands of parenthood. Through a cadre of committed staff, volunteers and donors, we provide assistance with diapers, formula, baby clothes, and cribs in addition to direct services in families' homes.
