Independently track, manage and prioritize a high style count with multiple deliveries to insure deadlines and in store dates are met- Communicate effectively and professionally to domestic and overseas manufacturers regarding all technical design, fit and fabric specifications- Create complete specification packages by determination of compliance spec, construction, fit intent and design aesthetic and establish blocks for library- Have an extensive understanding of garment construction, fit and grading. Identify potential production, quality, costing and design issues and make appropriate recommendations- Independently lead fit sessions to achieve design aesthetic and finalize fit of each style. Approving fit changes and communicate fit changes to manufacturers. Cast and schedule fit models- Experience in print and lab dip approvals, sample and production approvals- Ensure seasonal deadlines for final product by creating and applying time and action calendars
