Associate Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible to handle technical part in PPE Journey (TPM). Working with all pillars and also Perfetti Operating System in order to ensure all the people working in Perfetti Van Melle will have continuous improvement mindset, attitude toward the world class operations management. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, develop action plans, and track progress to ensure successful implementation.

- Drive zero accident and absolute safety mentality. Lead the follow up on all accidents and safety related audit findings. Lead the follow up and react to all environmental incidents. Identify and drive elimination of unsafe conditions. Lead the team to observe and deal in a consistent way with unsafe behaviour. Lead and manage newcomer training and recertification.- Assist in production and safety audits. Follow up on all issues. Drive 100% compliance layered process audit compliance.- For the HPT, lead and manage cost by managing worked hours and overtime within targets. Level resources between shifts, promote flexibility, identify high potential. Manage shift and individual performance. Review evaluation done on shifts and discuss promotions with group leaders. Responsible for all manning and production related issues.- Provide support from people perspective to drive waste to below target. Follow up on all incidents. Absolute quality mentality. Assist in 8D reporting (incidents follow up). Assist in waste meeting on regular basis.- Drive slow moving inventory to meet the target and set up follow up action on slow moving execution- Drive continuous improvement process to improve OEE. Drive WPO, CSD, PEC. Be a TPM leader.

- Maintain non-technical parameter which relate to bill of material- Conduct stock opname in order to check material balance- Analyze and calculate capacity planning and investment plan - Analyze and calculate budgeting of upcoming year- Analyze and calculate production plan- Monitor and maintain inventory level in order to minimize slow moving- Monitor and maintain scrap of process- Initiate project of continuous improvement related to IE function such as improve ERP system can cover actual processes completely, process optimization, etc- Create monthly production plan for yarn process- Daily review actual production vs planning and revise prod plan if necessary- Create material requirement planning (MRP) for yarn process- Create purchase requisition for material needed and coordinate with purchasing/procurement- Daily monitor raw material level and follow up incoming material closely with traffic- Daily monitor slow moving and set up daily follow up action- Coordinate with production, technical, maintenance related to trial, sku mapping, PM schedule, improve operational parameter process, etc- Coordinate with traffic & cust sales representative related to product export

- Makesure QA/QC system of cement manufacturing process- Improve operational process parameter in case of quality- Plan and create for Raw Mixed Design- Research and development of new formula of intermediate and finish product- Maintain ISO system of ISO 9001- People management of staffs and contractors about scheduling, overtime planning, job desc/KPI, KPI evaluation, TNA (Training Need Analysis)- Arrange contract services and spare parts needed (short term and long term) for lab equipment- Create TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) system for lab scope- Practical problem solving of autolab system and lab equipments- Create reporting system of daily, weekly, monthly, and annually as well as any other reports (project, etc)- Compile and create monthly report for business unit- Initiate some projects such as increase quality factor, improve quality meets customer needs, cost reduction in lab scope related to quality and its process
