Project Manager of two career exploration events executing plan to host approximately 5000 eighth grade students. Travel throughout the region to provide assistance to business and industry with resolving workforce issues.

Planned, coordinated and implemented activities necessary for the implementation of a $4.9m Department of Labor CBJT grant program awarded to the Alabama Department of Postsecondary Education. Collaborated with fiscal, programmatic and field staff to implement activities of the grant. Developed marketing materials for recruiting and distribution. Collaborated with a third party marketing group to design cohesive branding for mobile units. Coordinated meetings for consortium colleges. Prepared job description and hiring committees to hire instructional staff. Gathered data to assist fiscal department in developing the budget. Coordinated of many aspects of the grant from the award process forward.
