That saying "If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life" is so true. I love being a REALTOR and the people I am privileged to work with. As a member of the Tim Goostree Team. Tim and I have worked together for nearly 20 years. When we began working together, we were doing primarily new construction and luxury homes. Then the construction bubble burst and we began focusing on a new market - Commercial. Now our main focus is on Commercial, and I feel like I have found my calling! I am passionate about not only working with my clients, but also the behind-the-scenes activities our clients never know we do - from the daily paperwork to our advocacy efforts to protect the rights of homeowners. Since I began my life in real estate, I have made it a point to be very active in my local and state Associations. I am a firm believer in giving back to the industry that has given so much to me. A big part of that includes serving locally. After serving on nearly every committee with the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS and serving on the Board of Directors, I was honored to be the 2013 President of the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS (Joplin). I am currently one of OGAR's State Directors. On the State level, I just finished serving a three-year term on the Executive Committee and was honored as the 2022 Missouri REALTORS Salesperson of the Year. I have also been appointed as one of 60 members nationwide to the Commercial Committee with the National Association of REALTORS for the last two years.As REALTORS, I believe it is our responsibility to bring our knowledge to our City government as well. I am currently serving a three-year term on Webb City's Planning & Zoning Committee. (Some of you may have heard of Webb City, as we have quite a football program that we are so proud of! 16 state titles in the last 30 years!)I have worked in the real estate industry for 25 years and have been a licensed REALTOR since 2001. My experience, real estate knowledge, and established relationships with lenders, inspectors and title companies help to provide a smooth transaction from start to finish.
