My role as an Enterprise Coordinator for the Liverpool City Region Careers Hub allows me to support schools strategically across the region to create a world class careers education for all. Part of this includes building meaningful relationships with employers, strategic partners and schools to broaden opportunities. This allows me to help provide students with all the information and tools needed to embark on the career of their dreams. This includes project managing several different employer based projects and managing a network of business voulenteers to help plug the skills gap.I am from the Liverpool city region; I love my city and want to remove barriers for the most disadvantaged people in my community.  My background is in Apprenticeships and Technical Education, and I believe in strengthening the importance of providing the best pathway for all students. I am Passionate about plugging the gaps in the local labour market and creating the workforce of the future bridging the gap for all students.
