CurrentI founded XeBee Records, a Colorado medical records collection company, with my husband Jeffrey Drouin in 2013. In addition to medical records, we request employment records, workers compensation records, Social Security records, and education records. XeBee's core values are attracting and keeping motivated and happy employees, cultivating cordial relationships with medical providers and other entities from which we collect records, and providing our customers with the timely delivery of requested documents. As of January 1, 2022 our average turn-around time is less than 29 days for all requests - including from such "difficult" providers as massage therapists, mental health providers, and when requesting education and employment records. In 2021 we successfully built an integration with CIOX, one of the country's largest copy services, where the majority of documents are requested directly and delivered though API, resulting in an average turn-around time of 18 days for all CIOX requests. We are actively seeking legal case management software partners with whom to integrate our services. Our current partners are TrialWorks, SmartAdvocate, and AdvoLogix.
