I am responsible for the management of insurance replacement rentals. I deal directly with insurance adjustors, body shops and the insured customer. Starting with the reservation being booked, contacting adjustors to extend the rental; all the way to billing out once the replacement has been returned.It's my job to take care of the details of the replacement so that the customer does not need to worry about them. Also, be it personal, business or an insurance replacement; I am responsible for the management of damages that occur to our rental fleet.

I have worked for The Overwaitea Food Group off and on for ten years now. I have worked in many departments; but being responsible for the Health and Safety department was my favourite. It provided the challenge of training new team members, and refreshing the senior ones to extensive data maintenance. I had the privilege of starting from the ground up when the Highland Blvd location opened. It was frustrating, time consuming and over all worth the effort. I have worked at both locations and I am proud of both teams. The relationships I have built with those crews are some of my greatest friendships and although I only work there one day a month now I look forward to seeing them everytime I do.

I was in the unique position of being allowed to help guide and advise children who had endured a less than fortunate upbringing. Working alongside fantastic Child and Youth Care workers I was able to be more of a parent figure that the children could count on for stability and love.
