Launched the use of then innovative contracting tool used to deliver simplified acquisition for projects less than $1M requireing minimal engineering design. Managed the command roofing program-- becoming technical resource for roof design and problem solving.

Provided basic civil engineering design and analysis for refinery structures such as retaining walls, platforms, pipe supports etc. Developed projects from the estimating stage through design, contracting, and construction.
