Collections: Oversee the credit and collections activities of an organization. They manage the collection ofoutstanding invoices while enforcing company policy.Work closely with the accounting department andsales team. I am responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from the individuals orbusinesses responsible for the debt. I locate those responsible for unpaid bills and set up acceptable termsof repayment to protect the financial assets of the company. I research customer disputes and resolvingtheir complaints by making necessary adjustments, and requesting correspondence that documentsspecial payment arrangements.Recruiting: I am responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process,drug screens and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have apleasant experience. I am responsible for finding, and hiring new employees to fill open positions andmeet company's workforce needs and goals. I schedule and conduct orientations as well as ensure allemployee files are DOT compliant.
