I am an experienced Social Studies Teacher with a demonstrated history of creative differentiation, curriculum and course development, and passionate advocating for the student community. I work hard to stay up to date with current pedagogy while creating a culturally responsive classroom.I have been honored with nominations for the Gilder-Lehrman History Teacher of the Year Award in both 2022 and 2021 as well as having won the Disney100 Teacher Award in 2023 for my use of creativity and imagination in my classroom.
