Commenced as a graduate in the Business Banking team in Queensland. Working closely with a Business Banking Manager, I learnt the skills and products required to support Business across South East Queensland. From this role I was promoted to support the Head of Business Banking for Qld and the Gold Coast. There were 6 sites across Brisbane and the Gold Coast who had around 30 employees at each sight. My role involved business analytics, team member development, campaign delivery, mentor development and support to the leader on a day to day basis.
