Advanced the mission of this 100 year old non-profit civil rights and human relations organization. Worked closely with public officials, the law enforcement community and educators to solve and prevent issues that arise in a diverse community. Cultivated community leadership and raised funds in excess of nearly 2 million dollars in 3 years. Evaluate and mediate claims of civil rights violations in the areas of employment, housing and education. Consult and train on topics of hate crimes investigation, hate and domestic terror trends. Advocate for causes of religious liberty, hate crime enhancements and safe schools.

I evaluated and litigated claims of workplace discrimination including claims of sexual harassment, age and religious discrimination.
