Project Control Manager
CurrentSupervises a team of four Project Control Analysts and manages the day to day operations of Project Control. Responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring. Creates and maintains advanced Excel spreadsheets to track employee hours allocated and worked, travel budgets estimated, and costs expended. Responsible for management of employee data in JAMIS: Employee job lists, and Business Planning. Maintains and updates employee timecard training instructions. Maintains Timecard and Travel Dashboard. Responsible for ensuring all new hires have in house contract funding before start date and IWA with assigned jobs and descriptions. Responsible for the preparation, maintenance and update of employee IWA’s. Responsible for tracking the correct distribution of employee time and expenses by assigned job. Responsible for all company direct travel to include training employees to prepare Travel Authorization Requests (TAR) and Expense Reports in JAMIS. Travel Authorization Request (TAR) review and approval prior to submission for COR approval. Responsible for the proper review and approval of Expense Reports. Responsible for ensuring all travel follows compliance with company policies and procedures, JTR/FTR, and contract requirements. Responsible for the review, approval, and reconciliation of Prime and Subcontractor invoices as well as CDRL development and delivery. Responsible for the preparation of contract realignments, ROM reviews and what-if scenarios. Communication with Program Task Leads and their Directors to review and analyze Task Order funding, budgeting and projections to ensure customer requirements are being met and with-in contract compliance. Supports contract proposal pricing. Significant and daily interface with Contracts, Accounting, Proposal Teams, Tasks Leads/Director/Vice-Presidents. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
