Having spearheaded initiatives at Phalen Leadership Academies, I specialize in elevating academic proficiency and organizational health in diverse communities. My approach blends instructional leadership with a keen eye for curriculum assessment, ensuring every student has access to transformative learning experiences.My competencies are underpinned by a steadfast commitment to equity and inclusion within urban education. As a Regional/ Executive Director, my leadership supported 11 schools, guiding educators and stakeholders in collaborative efforts to foster a culture of innovation. Through these roles, my aim remains to mentor and empower the next generation of educational leaders, with the goal of shaping an environment where every scholar feels a sense of belonging and can thrive.
