I have worked for Montreat College for over six years and am actively looking for a new role as a Customer Success Manager. I have over 15 years of experience as a Help Desk Administrator, both at Montreat College and the US Army. This role has given me ample experience of helping end users navigate software, in higher education and the military. I have been a co-project manager for a major software upgrade for Montreat College. I have also managed the phishing training software, as well as helped end-users with three LMS systems. My ideal role would be a Customer Success Manager that would aid end-users navigate software, and to troubleshoot software issues. I would be in charge of onboarding new clients, ensuring that all users are trained and be an advocate for the customer. This ideal role would be remote and may require traveling to the client, as I have a passion for ensuring that the customer knows the ins and outs of the software.I have a master’s degree in Management & Leadership, a bachelors of science in Business Administration, both from Montreat College, and I have an associate’s degree from Central Texas College, which I earned while serving in the Army.I do have some experience in Salesforce. My skills include troubleshooting technical problems, communication, Google Suite admin, Microsoft Office Admin, Mac OS, Windows, time management, working in a team, and creative problem solving. I learn new tasks quickly, and take ownership of my work. I have been married for over 20 years and am a mom of four boys. I raise Nigerian Dwarf goats, crochet, knit, bake, make bath and body products, and I love to hang out with my family. I am a disabled military Veteran.
