As a PMO Analyst at SThree, I support the delivery of strategic projects and programmes across the global recruitment group. I work with the PMO Team Lead and the project teams to ensure alignment with the best practices and standards of P3O methodology, which I have a foundation certification in. I also have a certified scrum master credential, which enables me to facilitate agile project management and collaboration.I graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BA in International Business, where I developed my analytical, communication, and intercultural skills. I have a passion for solving complex problems and providing excellent customer support, which I demonstrated in my previous role as a Placement Support Consultant at SThree. In this role, I managed the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and ensured compliance with legal and contractual requirements. I also received multiple positive feedback and recognition from both internal and external stakeholders for my quality of service and professionalism.
