As the Senior Manager of Business & Vendor Management at TD Bank, I define, develop, communicate and implement vendor governance to support the Retail business strategy. Accountabilities include: Proactively assessing and managing vendor related risks; working with business unit management/partners to develop and implement vendor strategies that ensure optimal third party performance and return on investment; working closely with key business leaders and risk partners to optimize third party services and products throughout the supplier life cycle; providing the business leadership team with information required to ensure adherence to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory requirements; ensure all vendor related activities are within TD’s risk appetite and third party risk management policies.
