As Director of Travel Services my responsibilities are:• Conduct fare studies for the V2 Sales Team for client proposals• Work with client and V2 Program Managers to ensure specific air needs are met• Negotiate and manage group air contracts for multiple clients on multiple carriers• Book client air from single travelers to groups of 500+• Provide a variety of detailed travel data reports for all groups• Track and manage all air spending for each account• Conduct constant fare reviews to increase profit margin• Conduct flight-watches for each traveler on all travel days• Occasional on-site Travel Director support for programs • Arrange and manage all extension requests for incentive groups, as well as leisure vacation bookings for VIP clients• Arrange and manage all staff travel
