Myself and colleagues educated Food & Beverage employees, associates and management teams in ServSafe Food Protection Manager and ServSafe Advanced Alcohol. Beyond education, I went into the park assuring that quality control was to Cedar Point standards. Performed a 105 point evaluation for Safety, Service, Courtesy and Cleanliness while inspecting every location to ensure we met Erie County Health Department standards. Helped to train associates at location if needed and promoted guest satisfaction.
