-Support of all hardware, software, and networking systems in the plant and office -Provide end user support for all technology related issues including the following software; Active Directory, Windows 10, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Cisco Webex, Autodesk, ServiceNow, Meraki, VMware-Setup and support of mobile devices including, IPADs, iPhones, and Android devices.-Maintain lease cycles for all PC’s and printers: ordering, setup and swapping-Support two local file servers including patching cycles, DFS replication, file shares and user permissions-Setup and support of 50+ plant automation PC’s running Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE HMI Software-Basic Admin scripting using PowerShell and support of VBA in office macros

- Utilize Desktop Management tools to maintain a stable and consistent environment of 9 regions and over 25,000 clients-Enterprise software deployments via SCCM (Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager)-Application Packaging using Wise Package Studio-Develop SQL/WQL queries to gain flexibility within SCCM-Leverage Active Directory Group Policies to set and enforce global settings-Troubleshoot/Resolve escalated Help Desk issues -Project Management, prioritization and time keeping

-Assist in overall management and support of the desktop environment; consisting of 10,000 clients-Create, test, deploy and troubleshoot Group Policies and Group Policy Preferences-Review and release Microsoft security patches monthly via WSUS-Deploy software using Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager-Develop administrative scripts to gather information and manage settings -Use of SQL query language to create reports, and monitor desktop environment-Troubleshoot/Resolve escalated Help Desk issues -Project Management and time keeping

-Provide support to clients regarding hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripheral devices-Create and maintain SharePoint Team Services intranet site-Run, terminate, and troubleshoot data cabling-Document and maintain pertinent information regarding clients infrastructure-Support for Apple’s OSX, including mail clients and font libraries-Installation, implementation, and documentation of new time clock system and software

-Provide hardware and software support for office staff and 101 remote locations-Maintain data integrity through overseeing daily data transfers from remote sites-Maintain up to date antivirus definitions and Microsoft updates-Testing and implementing updates to POS software-Maintain hardware inventory and completing RMA when applicable
