Program Manager
Current- Provide leadership and governance for projects and initiatives within Togetherwork to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, schedules, scope, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate current processes within Togetherwork companies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to ensure successful implementation of recommended solutions.
