Design quality PCB layouts for wearable consumer products; ranging from rigid, rigid-flex, & flexible PCBs from prototype to high volume production. Fluent in Cadence Allegro v16.6 for designing dense, highly constraint driven designs composing of mixed signal, HDI, digital, analog, and RF features, utilizing ELIC or any layer vias, via in pad, and other advanced technologies. Liaison to Contract Manufacturers for best design practices and project technical support. Audit and review component land pattern design for accuracy. Evaluate various ECAD tools and third party software that may improve current processes and productivity.

Supervisor of CAD department personnel including project management, scheduling and resourcing, performance evaluations, department data tracking and trending for QBRs, and ISO 9001:2000 documentation updates. Maintain and manage corporate ECAD tools and licensing for worldwide users. Research and evaluate the latest tools and technologies to enhance the functionality of the department. Facilitate productivity enhancement projects with custom SKILL utilities and Perl scripts for various processes. Design robust PCB layouts for mixed signal, high speed, RF, and high density designs, with up to 12 layers and blind and buried vias, for IPC Class III products; from netlist creation to manufacturing Gerber package output and documentation.

Perform internal audits of all ISO processes, assuring conformity with the ISO 9001:2000 standards.
