As Communications Coordinator, I manage all social media accounts through Hootsuite, assist with creation of event websites through BidPal, utilize Adobe suite applications (mainly Illustrator), create marketing materials for: events, awareness, and promotion, I analyze website traffic through Google Analytics, manage and maintain website through WordPress, create and execute marketing plans, and support & uphold the mission of Ray Graham Association: “To create opportunities that empower people with disabilities to reach, grow, and achieve.”.

As the events assistant I helped prepare for the upcoming gala. I assisted with silent auction - which included documenting in-kind auction items, logging items to BidPal (the event website), organizing event items, acquiring new packages and donations. In addition, I assisted with other projects, as assigned. I assisted the night of the gala, as well as wrap up.

As Marketing Intern, I assisted with various marketing campaigns at Avera Health. I assisted with the implementation of a guerrilla marketing tactic, participated in running a focus group, worked with workamajig, a project management software, I collaborated with the creative team to create marketing materials for various campaigns, helped with a variety of events, assisted with researching new projects, developed competitive analyses to support future marketing plans, and even created a phase II marketing plan. This internship allowed me to be exposed to many different marketing campaigns all at different stage. I worked independently and with various team members and supported their marketing plans with various tasks.
