As a Systems Analyst at Santa Fe Recovery Center, I have successfully designed, configured, and implemented an EHR (InSync) system for the organization, improving workflows and enhancing data quality and security. With over two years of experience in this role, I have also maintained the EHR system after Go Live by managing a ticketing system, training users, troubleshooting billing and EHR issues, and implementing new features and forms.My core competencies include process improvement, contract review, EHR implementation and support, troubleshooting, training, workflow analysis, and data analysis. I have leveraged these skills in various positions throughout my career, such as a Data Analyst in HIM for a large hospital, a Commercial Insurance Risk Analyst, and a Commercial Insurance Underwriter.
