Currently manage the Administrative team while working closely with the Warehouse team. Monitor and maintain over $20,000,000 in inventory between 20 locations in the Midwest. Forecasting and Inventory are the two main responsibilities in this position.

Created a department to answer all incoming calls to place orders in a fast growing business. We maintained a 99.4% satisfaction rating during my tenure in this position. Accounts Receivable department also reported to me at this time. We kept our collection rate under 60 days. My role was to guide and develop these two teams during a time of growth and change for our company.

Created a Customer Service position for a growing company in the prison industry. Maintained the Accounts Receivables for the company for the first 1.5 years which lead into this created position.
