Melissa Gleason graduated with a business degree from Brigham Young University in 2003. She worked in accounting and as an executive administrator until 2008 when she put her focus on homeschooling her four amazing children. In addition, Melissa ran her own family service business part-time from 2010 to 2016. In 2017, she began managing the day to day admin and accounting as a Controller for Atlante Partners. As of 2022, she joined Rocky Mountain Co. as the Chief of Staff for Randy Garn, and is currently over Strategic Partnerships. In addition, in May of 2023 she joined the Arieli Capital family office as their Relationship Manager. In her spare time, she enjoys serving in varying capacities in her church, reading, attending Broadway plays, traveling, and most importantly spending time with her family. As a dedicated member of the team, Melissa finds great joy in helping individuals and businesses achieve their biggest goals.
