• Recruit current captive and existing independent agents by providing access to carriers. Demonstrate options for higher negotiated commissions as well as access to additional excess compensation plans.• Provide onboarding, training, and agency development.• Entertain members, cold call, B2B sales, and work current membership for additional referrals.• Mentor new sales staff.• Provide updated market information to the development team.• Be a carrier expert.
