I am a passionate, committed and hard-working professional with 8 years’ experience working in the community services sector at three not-for-profit organisations. Throughout this time I have been responsible for ensuring requirements for both State and Federal funding contracts are met through program implementation and service delivery within budget, in addition to adhering to (internal and external) reporting requirements. I directed the recruitment, training, and management of large teams of Allied Health professionals (under varying employment and contractor arrangements), as well as administrative staff that help support program and service delivery. My high level of attention to detail has been invaluable to my work in writing tender applications, policies, procedures, reports, annual plans, professional correspondence and training manuals.I completed a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Western Australia in 2011, majoring in Public Health and Reproductive Biology. Through work, I was sponsored to complete the unit ‘Health Services Evaluation and Development’ at the University of Wollongong, Sydney. I have completed a wide range of training in a variety of computer software programs, together with varying Cultural Competence training and Trauma Informed Care training.I am originally from England; however, I lived in Singapore and Malaysia for a total of 8 years from ages 6-14. I completed my TEE in Perth at St Hilda's Anglican Girls School, where I achieved a TER of 96.3. I then took a gap year, which I spent learning Portuguese in Brazil, and travelling throughout Brazil and the rest of South America. I am now an Australian Citizen and proud to call Australia home.
