My professional journey began at 16, where I honed my customer service skills as a cashier at a video store. This early experience ignited a passion for growth, leading me to progressively challenging roles like Sales Consultant and Manager across diverse companies like Sunglass Hut, Carrol Boyes, Galaxy and Co. Always looking to broaden my skill set, I ventured into an Executive Reception role at The iPlex, (Similar to Regus) where I could further improve my client-centric approach. After the company's closure, I transitioned to Procurement and Import, learning the ropes at Fish-On-Line before further enhancing my education and career as a Buyer and Export Manager and Assistant role at LuisM Import and Export. Currently, I am working remotely as an Operations Manager for Clear Sky Distributors. In every interaction, my aim is to exceed expectations, making laughter an integral part of the experience.I firmly believe that clients value exceptional customer service above all else; It is this philosophy that motivates to me to provide not just products, but a memorable experience and a positive interaction.
