Jesus Christ is my personal savior. I enjoy going to church and I'm a member of the First Baptist Church in Grand Bay, AL. I believe by putting Christ first in my life all other issues will fall into place.Born in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, yet raised in the back woods of Vancleave, Mississippi - a country girl is who I am. I love being outdoors, camping, swimming, riding four wheeler's, go-carts, and motorbikes while carrying fishing gear to a nearby fishing hole to catch a meal was a regular past time growing up. Being the youngest and the only girl with three brothers, I played sports and was more of a tomboy than a frilly girl who wore dresses and played with dolls. I still enjoy being outdoors, camping, riding ATV's, swimming, fishing, and spending time with my family. I will say becoming a mother and raising children did soften me quite a bit. I have been known to wear dresses as an adult and I do play with my granddaughter's and their dolls. I married young and have spent the majority of my life taking care of my children and family. Financially blessed, I did not have to work; therefore, my work history is slim. I have attended different schools in different areas of study to feel in some of my time. Nonetheless, I have always held an interest for working in the medical field. Now, beyond forty, my children are all grown up and gone and I am eager to start a career with a motivation for achievement and success.After taking courses at the University of South Alabama and through The American Academy of Professional Coders, I am a Certified Professional Coder Apprentice (CPC-A), Certified ICD-10-CM proficient and am currently taking a course to become Certified as a Professional Biller. With no experience, I'm looking for someone to give me the chance to prove myself as a valuable employee that will go the extra mile for the benefit of myself and the company.
