In this role, I am continuing on the foundations built through developing and providing the Process and Document Governance Framework and Document Management System by strengthening these tools and extending the roll out beyond operational areas to the whole business. I play a key role in strengthening our organisation wide Business Continuity Management, through bringing alignment to our global standards, re-designing our approach to Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plans and Response Strategy documents, and carrying out annual reviews alongside business partners. I am also taking the lead in reviewing and strengthening the scope and methodology of Closed File Reviews within specific lines of business to ensure alignment to best practice, internal requirements and external regulations.

In this role, after successfully facilitating the certification of, I am responsible for the ongoing coordination and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 certification of AWP’s Mobility and Functional Support Programs. This involves facilitating alignment of business processes to quality standards for certification. Additionally, I am responsible for driving a culture of quality process documentation throughout the organisation; developing and providing supporting tools such as a Process and Document Governance Framework and a Document Management System; and developing and implementing monitoring and supervision activities to support the 1st line of defence of our compliance model.
