Current• Back-up to set-up and maintenance of Business Associates, Address changes, Payable Vendor Maintenance, and EFTs• Assist with Qbyte FM master data setup and maintenance tasks, including Cost Centres, DOIs & Hierarchies.• Review and setup of all new Royalty Interest wells.• Includes maintaining proper change documentation for master data setup and maintenance; and compliance with existing internal and external controls.• Investigate, analyze, correct, and document any master data maintenance issues as they arise.• Process Land Rental and Road Use Interfaces into QbyteFM.• Process monthly Amalgamations in Qbyte and mass update process• Process and administer Security roles and responsibilities within Financial Applications. Including creating accounts, password resets and closing of accounts.• Assist the Financial applications teams with projects related to financial accounting• Provide vacation coverage for other members of the financial application support group as necessary.• Administration role in Open Invoice, set up users DOA, and maintain delegations with in Open Invoice and Powervision. • Correct coding on approved invoices in ADP. Analyze and correct CC’s or coding. • Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports done within Open Invoice.• Providing new user and day-to-day training and support• Maintain morning Hierarchy for Coding help.• Assistance with AFENAV and review new AFE’s, and set up new CC associated with them.• Responsible for application testing for version upgrades, including communication to the organization of outages and functionality changes• User maintenance, assigning appropriate roles and approval limits to new and existing users
