1. Compile, reconcile, and analyze detailed customer data in LOB Enterprise Banking/Financial Institution (EBFI), Transaction Banking (TB), and SME to gain insight.2. Make and analyze trend & story behind the funding & lending customer movement for EB, TB & SME.3. Review and analyze sponsorship, hampers, and event proposal according to their financial performance (NII, fee income, operating income, etc).4. Review and analyze the program scheme, the proposed target vs current/actual performance, and the cost to income ratio.5. Update TB dashboard (OPEX, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Financial Supply Chain) and SME MPR (Monthly Performance Review) to showcase business financial achievement as compared to Plan or previous month result.6. Answer adhoc inquiry from business regarding report issue (by discussing with data team), giving advice (system code based on product nature, cost centre, GL, etc).

• Revamp Proof of Concept (POC) cases into a structured format during vendor selection process.• Provide justification for the POC score from Financial Shared Services (FSS) division.• Make general scoring guidelines for vendor selection.

• Benchmarking, competitor research, sales performance analysis, and compile Bukalapak’s new Software as a Service (SaaS) metric such as TRX, MTU, and GMV data for weekly meeting.• Find the seller’s type or persona that fit the SaaS target market. Make suitable acquisition pipeline for the SaaS (Kumpulink & BukaStore) from Instagram and other marketplace.• Make pitching deck to help acquire new sellers, send cold message through Whatsapp to potential user, and follow up those that responds.• Communicate new insights, analysis result, program initiative term & condition to relevant stakeholder.• Conceptualize, develop, and execute program initiative to increase SaaS usage.
