* Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.* General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly closing and preparing yearly closing.* Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of financial transactions.* Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation for all payments vouchers.* Prepare and coordinate financial audit also ensure timely and effective follow up to audit observations and recommendations.

* Monitor petty cash balances and replenish funds as needed also maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions.* Following up on outstanding refunds, false claims, and unclaimed refunds.* Support financial operational activites by serving and providing information to students.

* Manage transactions with customers.* Collect payments whether in cash or credit.* Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.* Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.* Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
