Responsibilities: Help with daily schedule and duties, including managing the calendar, commitments, and travel arrangements. Provide general administrative support to the team to like: Answer and managing incoming calls; Receiving and interacting with visitors and clients; Maintaining paper and online records; Arranging meetings and conference calls; Drafting presentations and ideas; Recording, transcribing, and distributing notes/minutes of meetings; and Providing other daily support to staff as needed.

Responsible for answering service calls; Assisted customers with scheduling service appointments; Booked appointments; Collected customer and vehicle information; Transferred reception overflow calls to the appropriate departments; Handled inbound service reservation request and special ordered part notifications; Responsible for past due service reminders and any service related calls.
