I oversee the activities of the underwriting department. I Provide supervision for a group of underwriters who review and analyze mortgage loans and the risk associated with the application. I analyze various mortgage loan products utilizing federal, state, and investor guidelines to determine the appropriate rate plan and loan products to meet the need of prospective clients. I am familiar with laws and regulations at the federal and state level including RESPA and TRID. I Suggest improvements to processes and I am a knowledge resource for other team members and staff. I cultivate a working team environment to ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals are exceeded. I am a detailed oriented, client focused individual who works well in a team environment as well as individually.
