Talent Operations Manager
Current- Provide oversight for the ongoing implementation and administration of the Talent Management System including Performance, Learning, and Succession.
- Provide operational oversight of Recruitment Management system including requisition creation, offers, on-boarding and systems maintenance.
- Source, assess, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Evaluate system functions and current processes to strategically develop changes that will improve internal/external customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships at all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Collaborate with business partners to assess the need for talent in relation to business changes, including the needs for specific knowledge and experience to support the needs of the business.
