Initially served as the Home Care Regional Director of Rehabilitation Services, East Region. I oversaw the transitionfrom contract to employed therapy staffs throughout the region, including the hiring and orientation process, clinicaloversight and training. I provided education regarding Oasis, clinical documentation, and assisted with marketing ofservices. In addition, supported the Regional Vice President with regulatory compliance and monitoring. Currentlyemployed in the Great Lakes Region as a Project Manager

Began my tenure as a staff physical therapist and progressed through a Supervisor position, and finally the HomeHealth Manager. Was responsible for the daily clinical operations of hospital based home health agency includingquality management, performance improvement, patient satisfaction, and cost effective operations ofmultidisciplinary staff of greater than 50 employees.
