Manage a global team of Program Leaders tasked with launching new product turbochargers for the Americas Line of Business. Manage an annual budget of $20M for an average of 80 active projects. Line of Business revenue is $500M. Recruit, coach and develop Program Leaders using Cummins' stage gate launch process. Interact with customer leadership as needed to resolve issues and keep programs on schedule. Member of the leadership team for the Line of Business. Manage the Product Review process as part of Synchronized Business Planning. Coordinate with the Technical, Marketing and Finance leaders to determine annual R&E and capital budgets. Provide input contribute to the team with product launch knowledge as we work to meet all measures of the business.

Product Line Manager for Actuator and Speed Sensors. Coordinated project work with Electronic Suppliers and New Launch project teams to ensure correct prioritization and alignment to turbo product plans. Worked closely with suppliers to ensure project scope and timing was accurate and CTT could implement projects effectively.

Led the launch of new turbos and actuators for Cummins Turbo Technologies. Used Cummins VPI stage gate launch process to plan scope, schedule and resources to unsure successful product launch. Worked with cross functional, global teams to complete launch activities.Led development of the Master Project Plan process for Synchronized Business Planning and implemented with the Line of Business. Set the expectations for the Product Review Process and worked with the PMO leaders to set measures and processes to align with Synchronized Business Planning across the business.

Implemented supply chain cost savings projects for Cummins Engine Business. Worked with UK and US plants to create common transportation processes to simplify the payment of freight and warehousing. Managed the US freight payment process working with the supplier and plants to ensure accuracy. Audited VMI warehouse suppliers for inventory accuracy. Worked with the supplier to improve communication with the plants and suppliers to create a more effective process.
