• Manage all building operations for AT&T TN Headquarters and Nashville Main Central Office• Direct activities and work of Building Engineers, Office Assistants, and various trades of vendor employees (i.e. Elevators, Food Services, Security Services, Parking Services, Landscape Interior and Exterior, Fire and Life Safety, Janitorial, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)• Tenant Services.
