As a training provider at Pace Consulting, I help businesses train and certify their employees to be commercial drivers. I have been an ELDT commercial driver trainer for more than 8 years, and I have taught at various CDL schools, as well as on the equipment that the drivers will actually operate.I am not your traditional CDL school. I travel to different locations to provide on-site, customized, and quality ELDT training, following the new regulations and standards. I also perform driver evaluations, pre-employment road tests, additional driver training, and train driver trainers. I have experience with various types of transmissions, vehicles, and endorsements, and I hold a valid TWIC card.I started my career as a Class A CDL trainer and worked my way up to being the CDL school administrator. During that time, I also created curriculum and trained students to pass their vehicle inspection, backing, and behind the wheel tests. I am passionate about teaching and ensuring safety and compliance in the transportation industry. I am also flexible, adaptable, and communicative, as I work with different clients, equipment, and environments.
