Loving life! I have always had an interest/passion for healing or reconnecting to our true nature. I have a great teacher in Tom Thompson and the Awakened Heart Center in regards to true awakening. And am very interested in meditation and the "awakening" of consciousness. Taught Montessori for ten years. I am passionate about nurturing the well-being of the child and feel children are important for the well being in our world.Yoga has gifted me a great amount and it is a tool for bringing more awareness and connection to reality; life as it truly is. Massage therapy is another tool for connection. Promoting true relaxation, the body and mind are given the space to rest and therefore true benefits arise and silence is embraced.
